Collector Card Unlocked! - New Stretch Goal Introduced!

Heeeellllooo Lords Fans,

Wow, the last couple of days have been amazing.  We jumped up to $11,000, breaking through another milestone, and unlocking another Stretch Goal. The Bloodbath Collector Card with some incredible artwork by Joe Sanchez will go to all backers with physical rewards.

Up next is the Dragna Clan Logo Collector Keychain.  I'm really excited about this one and I hope we get to unlock it. I'd like to keep this one in my pocket. I think it's a great design and looks pretty cool. 

We are down to the last 48 hours, so keep posting and sharing, so we can get to that next Stretch Goal unlocked. It's been an awesome ride so far. -- Let's keep it up. At least for the next 48 hours.

Let's get our fangs sharpened and go for kill.

Surpassed $10,000! New Stretch Goal Unlocked!

This is so awesome! We have now crossed $10k and are well on our way to breaking the $11k mark. We have now unlocked the Lingerie Magnet and will soon be unlocking the Bloodbath Collector Card. Pretty amazing stuff. Lots of free stuff with more to come. 

There are only 4 days left, so post it out to all of your friends who might be interested. At $12,000 there will be a free perk in the way of the next Stretch Goal that I think you all will love. Right now it remains a mystery. Only time will tell. And by time I mean 4 more exciting days. 

Below you can see the transition from pencil art by Alex, through to Maria Keane's inks, and finally to colors. This page was colored by Walter Pereya.  Here you see WWII war veteran, Ricky Donovan, death dealing when their casino gets raided by the Dragna clan. After his partner is killed in the first volley, Ricky get to work.  By the time the last of the shells fall, all that is left is the silence and room full of bodies.  

I'm so grateful to all of you for bringing this story to life. I can't wait for you all read it. Let's push to unlock the next couple of Stretch Goals. I know we can do it.

Unlocked a New Stretch Goal - $9,000 Surpassed

UNLOCKED ANOTHER STRETCH GOAL - WHAT'S NEXT?

We've now reached over $9,000 and have unlocked another free comic -- Woodstake digital edition will be coming to everyone's inbox shortly after the campaign ends. Another page just came in from the colorist as well. It's shown below in an inked vs. colored side-by-side display. It's pretty spectacular. Next up is the Lena in lingerie magnet, which will unlock in less than $900 more. So, tell your friends and post on social media so we can get to that next level. There are still 9 days to go. Plenty of time to unlock several more Stretch Goals.

NEW LORDS PAGE - INKED VS. COLORED

Check out the page below. It's pretty amazing how much the coloring makes the art leap off the page. After taking out the guards in a ruthless fashion, Lena scales the crane and takes over the control booth. That poor worker didn't know what hit him. Abellino's shipment would belong to clan Dragna, except Lena had a surprise waiting -- two vampire enforcers. But that's the next page. You'll see it soon, so stay excited. Vampire on vampire battle - it's going to be awesome.

Smashed Through Another Stretch Goal!

MORE STUFF UNLOCKED!

We have now sped past the $8,000 mark, unlocking yet another stretch goal. The Sisterhood digital graphic novel will now be included with everyone's pledge. When we reach $9,000 we will unlock the Woodstake Graphic Novel - Exciting stuff. 

Comic Con Revolution

My time at Comic Con Revolution went extremely well. So much positive feedback and excitement for Lords of LA as well as interest in the Destiny Aurora franchise. Made some great contacts and shook a lot of hands.  Check out the video below. There's also some pics onInstagram @zancafrank

Also, I just got this page back from the inker, Maria Keane. It looks pretty awesome, so I wanted to share it with you. Check out Lena's battle with the Abellino Vampires. She owns them. Lots of blood and rolling heads. I can't wait to see this one colored.

Two Stretch Goals Unlocked in a Single Day!

Hi, Lords Fans,

What an amazing day today.  We've unlocked not one, but two Stretch Goals. That means Free Stuff. We've unlocked the Limited Edition Collector's Postcard as well as a Bonus Comic Book. Yep a Free Digital Comic. Thanks to all of you posting as well as Preston Poulter, the publisher behind such indie comics as Guinevere & the Divinity Factory, and White Lily, helping to get the word out about the Lords of LA, we have jumped ahead with less than $900 more to unlock the third Stretch Goal.

So, keep on posting and moving toward unlocking our next stretch goal - A second free digital comic.  

Maria Keane, the talented inker behind IDW's G.I. Joe comic series as well as Buffy and more. I can't wait to see this one colored. 

This page takes place in contemporary times where she leads Dragna's men to the docks to seize Abellino's arms shipment. What she's unaware of is that Abellino has vampire enforcers awaiting her arrival.
